Fidelity consulting reagovao je nakon što je Pokret Evropa sada juče na svom sajtu objavio kalkulator koji računa plate po projektu Evropa sad 2. Fidelity consulting navodi da smo dobili matematički iskaz da će doprinosi za penzijsko invalidsko osiguranje biti ukinuti, čime se, kako navode, uništava koncept međugeneracijske solidarnosti.
“Nakon tačno 103 dana postizbornog nestrpljenja o najavljenom programu Evropa sad 2, dobili smo ni manje ni više nego najobičniji kalkulator, koji trenutnu neto platu pretvara u trenutnu bruto platu i to predstavlja kao novu neto platu. Zvuči konfuzno? Evo vam ga na: nakon više od 3 mjeseca čekanja, dobili smo matematički iskaz koji potvrđuje naše majsko proročanstvo da će doprinosi za penzijsko invalidsko osiguranje biti ukinuti, čime se uništava koncept međugeneracijske solidarnosti”, navodi Fidelity consulting.
Tvrde i da se prema ovom kalkulatoru ukidaju doprinosi za nezaposlenost (i za zaposlenog i za poslodavca) kao i doprinosi za Fond rada ali i porez na dohodak koji ide opštinama.
“Kako bi testirali ovu tvrdnju na prosječnoj plati, unijeli smo prosječnu neto platu za jul po Monstatu, od 797 eura. Šta smo dobili kad smo kliknuli na narandžasto polje? Neto plata za jul po ES2 iznosi 993 eura, cifra koja je identična julskoj bruto plati po Monstatu. Ovo nepretenciozno decifrovanje programa ES2 krije neizbježnu istinu: doprinosi za penzijsko invalidsko osiguranje biće zaista ukinuti. Uz njih, ukidaju se doprinosi za nezaposlenost (i za zaposlenog i za poslodavca), doprinosi za Fond rada kao i porez na dohodak od kojega se u najvećoj mjeri finansiraju opštine”, navodi Fidelity consulting.
Sveukupno, kako kažu ovo će imati nesagledive posljedice po stabilnost ekonomsko-finansijskog sistema u Crnoj Gori, sa posebnim naglaskom na neodrživo finansiranje Fonda PIO i opština.
“Pitate se zašto je neodrživo? Evo matematike. Držite se čvrsto, cifra je astronomska: za finansiranje ovog povećanja, treba nam godišnje tačno 606.872.448 eura(da, preko 600 miliona eura godišnje), ili ako vam je draže, preko 10% bruto domaćeg proizvoda. Godišnje. Za 10 godina, ovaj program koštaće 6 milijardi eura koliko iznosi cijeli BDP za 2022. godinu. Kako smo došli do ovog astronomskog iznosa? Nimalo komplikovano. Uzeli smo broj zaposlenih na kraju jula (258.024), pomnožili sa mjesečnim povećanjem prosječne plate (196 eura) i sve to pomnožili sa 12 mjeseci. Kada se ta tri broja pomnože, dobija se cifra od 606.872.448 eura”, navodi Fidelity.
Kažu da je računica jednostavna. “Svaki građanin Crne Gore, njih 620.000, od beba do baba i đedova, za ovu finansijsku avaturu će “izdvojiti” po oko 1.000 eura godišnje.
Na kraju ovog uvodnog posta u najznačajnije društveno pitanje u Crnoj Gori, postavljamo nezaobilazno pitanjce koje digitalna animacija svjesno prećutkuje: Odakle će se nadomjestiti 606 miliona eura ili 10 posto BDP-a godišnje?”, navodi Fidelity consulting.
