U susret 25. novembru - Međunarodnom danu borbe protiv nasilja nad ženama,
a sa ciljem podizanja nivoa svijesti javnosti o nasilju nad ženama i
djevojčicama, i nasilju opšte kao velikom društvenom problemu, JU Centar za
kulturu ''Vojislav Bulatović Strunjo'' u saradnji sa NVU ''Arlekin'' iz
Podgorice, organizuje projekciju dokumentarnog filma ''ŠEJLA'', autora
Velibora Čovića, koja će biti održana u petak, 10. novembra, u velikoj sali
bjelopoljskog Centra za kulturu, s početkom u 18 sati.
Film "Šejla" namjenski je pravljen kao
najjače medijsko sredstvo, da utiče na svijest mladih, na buđenje svijesti kod
adolescenata, kako bi smanjili do sada nezabilježeno vršnjačko nasilje kao i
nasilje nad ženama i djevojčicama. Film Šejla šalje poruku, DA SE VIŠE NIKOME
NIKADA NE PONOVI! Stop nasilju nad našim ženama, majkama i ćerkama!
Priča o Šejli Bakiji, tragično stradaloj djevojci,
postala je sinonim građanskog otpora prema nasilništvu nad ženama, kada je
prije nešto više od godinu dana, sa trgova crnogorskih gradova hiljade građana
poručilo – DOSTA VIŠE!
Film "Šejla" je podržan od strane Evropske
unije čija je premijera upriličena u Evropskoj kući, na kojoj je svojim
prisustvom na projekciji filma i učešćem u panel diskusiji i značaju ove teme,
doprinijela i šefica delegacije Evropske unije u Crnoj Gori Oana Kristina Popa.
