Injac ne planira da ostane bez fotelje, pretenduje na novo direktorsko mjesto
Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Crne Gore nominovalo je ministarku odbrane Oliveru Injac za mjesto direktora Centra za bezbjednosnu saradnju.
Kako je navedeno u pismu nominacije, Ministarstvo spoljnih poslova "ima čast" da naimenuje svoju kandidatkinju Injac na mjesto na koje očigledno pretenduje jer uskoro ostaje bez ministarske fotelje.
Da je ministarsku, odnosno funkcionersku fotelju teško napustiti, vidjeli smo na primjeru mnogih ministara, podsjećajući na poznati tandem Spajić-Milatović, a sada vidimo da Injac ne želi tek povratak ministarske pozicije, već regionalno unaprijeđenje?!
Centar za bezbjednosnu saradnju (RACVIAC) sa sjedištem u Zagrebu je od 2000. posvećen misiji unaprijeđenja saradnje na polju bezbjednosti između država Jugoistočne Evrope, ali i doprinosu što boljeg funkcionisanja institucija ovih država.
Pravo pitanje je kako ministarka odbrane u tehničkom mandatu misli da ojača rad institucija na regionalnom nivou ako je u svojoj državi, za vrijeme svog mandata izgubila povjerenje parlamentarne većine, ali i napravila krucijalne propuste zbog kojih će budžet Crne Gore itekako biti zakinut kada jednom presude dođu na naplatu.
Prisjetimo se slučaja Bojana Zvicera kojem je otkaz na mjestu vodnika I klase Injac uručila, ne dozvoljavajući mu da ima uvid u detalje takve odluke. Dilema koja još uvijek postoji je: po kojoj osnovi Injac pravi spiskove zaposlenih u Vojsci Crne Gore kojima je potrebno uručiti otkaze? Da li su uzrok tome crnogorska obilježja ili neodlazak na litije?
Prisjetićemo se i obmane Injac i načelnika Generalštaba VCG Milutina Đurovića koji je na sastanku Vojnog komiteta NATO odbio da se izjasni hoće li Crna Gora prihvatiti da se njen vod u okviru snaga Sjevernoatlantskog saveza za brzo reagovanje (NATO Response Force) sa režima obuke prebaci na zadatke odgovora na krizu i podrške pojačanom prisustvu Alijanse u Letoniji.
General Đurović je odsustvo crnogorskog odgovora pravdao nefunkcionalnošću crnogorskih institucija, aludirajući na Savjet za odbranu i bezbjednost i Skupštinu Crne Gore i tako obmanuo komandu NATO u Briselu.
U čitavom skandalu zanimljiva je uloga ministarke odbrane. Podsjetimo, ona je o hitnom sastanku načelnika generalštabova država NATO bila upoznata nekoliko dana prije njegovog održavanja.
Znala je i za temu sastanka, ali zvanično nije obavijestila članove Savjeta za odbranu i bezbjednost, niti inicirala hitan sastanak, iako je bila obavezna da to uradi.
Ova situacija apsolutno se kosi sa jednim od ciljeva Centra, na čije čelo Injac želi da dođe, a on glasi: Podrška zemljama Jugoistočne Evrope da efikasno sprovedu i ispune svoje obaveze i zadatke koji proističu iz evropske i euroatlantske agende.
