Milović: Sramota je, Spajiću, da ovakvu tragediju koristiš za politički obračun
"Javnosti radi, sa indignacijom i gnušanjem odbacujem laž koju je izgovorio premijer Milojko Spajić na pres konferenciji nakon sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu bezbjednost, da sam ja odgovoran zato što do sada nije izmijenjen Zakon o oružju, koristeći na ovaj način jednu strašnu tragediju i veliku tugu da bi se politički obračunao sa mnom", saopštio je bivši ministar pravde Andrej Milović.
Zakon o oružju je, kako kaže, nadležnost MUP-a, te su jedino MUP i Vlada od izvršne vlasti mogli da iniciraju izmjene i dopune ovog zakona.
U prilogu dostavljam dokaz sa sajta Vlade, a tragedija je da premijer jedne države ne zna elementarne nadležnosti u Vladi kojom rukovodi.
"Ono što je bila nadležnost ministra pravde i ministarstva pravde jeste devet zakona koje smo stigli da u kratkom roku izmijenimo, u skladu najstrožijim preporukama Evropske komisije, Venecijanske komisije i Savjeta Evrope, što je i urađeno i zahvaljujući čemu smo dobili IBAR", navodi Milović na mreži X i dodaje:
Zašto za punih 14 mjeseci nije izmijenjen jedan zakon iz nadležnosti MUP-a, neka se premijer obrati nadležnom ministru.
"Sramota je, Spajiću, da ovakvu tragediju koristiš za politički obračun, ali od čovjeka koji se tokom pres konferencije povodom ovakve tragedije smije i kezi, više me ništa ne može iznenaditi", zaključuje Milović.
