Pokret solidarnosti sa Palestinom najoštrije osuđuje potpisivanje memoranduma o saradnji između Skupštine Crne Gore i izraelskog Kneseta u trenutku kada država Izrael i dalje sprovodi masovna ubistva palestinskih civila u Gazi, uključujući djecu, dok istovremeno intenzivira sistemsku kampanju etničkog čišćenja na okupiranoj Zapadnoj obali i u Istočnom Jerusalimu. Ovaj čin predstavlja ne samo političku provokaciju, već i duboko moralno kompromitovanje institucije koja bi morala da bude čuvar međunarodnog prava i ljudskih prava, saopštio je Pokret solidarnosti sa Palestinom.
Umjesto da se uvaži jasno izražena volja građana, svjedočimo procesu u kojem se saradnja sa Izraelom produbljuje, dok se režim koji je predmet postupaka pred Međunarodnim sudom pravde zbog kršenja Konvencije o sprečavanju i kažnjavanju genocida politički nagrađuje. Takvo postupanje predstavlja otvoreno odricanje od vrijednosti na kojima bi trebalo da počiva crnogorski parlamentarizam.
Izraelski počinioci ratnih zločina moraju odgovarati i snositi posljedice za svoja djela, umjesto da budu nagrađivani političkom i institucionalnom saradnjom. Parlament Crne Gore i njegov predsjednik, produbljivanjem odnosa sa Izraelom, daju zeleno svjetlo za dalje kršenje međunarodnog prava i aktivno doprinose izraelskoj nekažnjivosti.
Normalizovanje genocida i ratnih zločina koje Izrael čini predstavlja direktnu prijetnju globalnoj bezbjednosti, miru i samim temeljima međunarodnog prava. Parlament Crne Gore, umjesto da štiti ljudska prava i principe na kojima je utemeljen savremeni međunarodni poredak, bira put političke kolaboracije sa izraelskim državnim režimom koji sprovodi sistematsko ubijanje civila, bombardovanje djece, kolektivno kažnjavanje palestinskog naroda, etničko čišćenje i otvoreno kršenje međunarodnog humanitarnog prava, režimom koji ignoriše odluke Ujedinjenih nacija i Međunarodnog suda pravde i koji svoju politiku gradi na nekažnjivosti, vojnoj okupaciji i institucionalnom nasilju.
