Centralnoj banci Crne Gore (CBCG) dodijeljen je međunarodni Zero
Waste Business sertifikat, čime je potvrđena njena posvećenost održivom
upravljanju resursima i sistemskom smanjenju otpada kroz organizacione procese
i svakodnevno poslovanje.
Sertifikat je, na osnovu nezavisne eksterne provjere ispunjenosti
kriterijuma, dodijelila organizacija Mission Zero Academy u sklopu Zero Waste
Europe (ZWE), vodeća evropska mreža u oblasti zero waste praksi.
Guvernerka Centralne banke Crne Gore dr Irena Radović istakla je da ovo priznanje potvrđuje dosljedan
pristup CBCG u oblasti održivog poslovanja.
„Ovo priznanje potvrđuje da Centralna banka Crne Gore održivost ne
posmatra kao pojedinačnu inicijativu, već kao sastavni dio svoje dugoročne
razvojne strategije. Naša je obaveza da, pored očuvanja finansijske
stabilnosti, doprinosimo i izgradnji odgovornog, otpornog i ekološki održivog
društva, u skladu sa najboljim evropskim praksama.“
Centralna banka Crne Gore je prva evropska centralna banka i prva
crnogorska institucija koja je u okviru ovog programa dobila Zero Waste
Business sertifikat, čime je potvrđena njena opredijeljenost ka integrisanju
principa održivog razvoja u poslovanje i institucionalne politike.
Sertifikacioni proces podrazumijevao je sistemski pristup primjeni
zero waste principa i realizovan je uz stručnu i mentorsku saradnju sa
organizacijom Zero Waste Montenegro, kroz unapređenje procedura, javnih nabavki
i radnih praksi, kao i sprovođenje mjera za prevenciju i smanjenje otpada,
uključujući smanjenje upotrebe jednokratne plastike, unapređenje upravljanja
otpadom i digitalizaciju poslovnih procesa.

održivi razvoj i očuvanje životne sredine, pored unapređenja odgovornog
ponašanja u okviru sopstvenih aktivnosti i među zaposlenima, aktivno razvija
