SEP: Čekamo reakciju mojkovačkog parlamenta na presudu predsjedniku opštine
Presuda predsjedniku opštine Mojkovac Vesku
Deliću, bez obzira na različite poglede u smislu izrečene kazne, ipak je
ohrabrenje za pravdu.
Sud je utvrdio da je on svjesno i sa direktnim
umišljajem kršio zakon i zloupotrijebio funkciju. Zakon o lokalnoj samoupravi
konkretnu situaciju prepoznaje kao osnov za razrješenje sa funkcije
predsjednika, saopšteno je iz Stranke evropskog progresa.
Nažalost, politički funkcioneri aktuelne vlasti krše
zakon u velikom broju slučajeva, ali sa ambicijom da izbjegnu svaku
odgovornost. Važno je da sudovi utvrde krivicu i odgovornost u svakom od
slučajeva na koje se ukazivalo, jer je tada i poruka jasna: zloupotreba vlasti
se ipak ne isplati.
Čekamo reakciju gospodina Delića, ali i mojkovačkog
parlamenta. U političkom smislu, zloupotrebom funkcije diskvalifikovao je i
sebe i politku koju predstavlja.
